Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear. It can affect us all every now and then. If you feel anxious or are worrying a lot of the time then it might be a good idea to seek some help in trying to overcome it. There are six main anxiety disorders: Panic, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social anxiety, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). We can help people with all these forms of anxiety.
