With over 20 years’ experience operating across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, Outlook South West offer a range of Psychological Therapy services to NHS patients. The Clinical Administration team provide the first and main contact point for all patients and referrers (GPs), as well as vital support to our clinicians. The post holder will require very strong customer service and administration skills. The key elements of this role are:
a) Customer Service: Our administration team are the first point of contact for all our patients, GPs, and other referring agencies, so the post holder will be expected to have excellent customer service skills.
b) Administration: The team provide efficient patient registration, booking and waitlist management services, so the post holder must have excellent administration, especially data entry and manipulation skills.
