Outlook South West is seeking a part-time Clinical Administrator to join their busy Clinical Administration team. The clinical administration team provides the first and main contact point for all patients and referrers (GPs) as well as vital support to our clinicians. The post holder will require very strong customer service and administration skills. The main focus of the role is:
- Customer Service: Our administration team are the first point of contact for all our patients, GPs, and other referring agencies, so the post holder will be expected to have excellent customer service skills.
- Administration: The team provide efficient patient registration, booking and waitlist management services, so the post holder must have excellent administration, especially data-entry and manipulation skills.
