A 2-session educational course starts in Callington on Monday 9th November for people who suffer with sleep difficulties. The NHS-funded classes are designed to help attendees learn proven techniques for getting better quality sleep.
The Sleep Well course is run by county-wide therapy and counselling provider, Outlook South West. The one hour sessions cover: What controls sleep, seven effective techniques to improve sleep, how to manage shift work and how to reduce the impact of stress upon sleep.
Starting on Monday 9th November (10:30am until 11:30am), it will take place at Callington Town Hall. The course is free to book and attendees are not required to talk. The sessions are similar to adult education classes.
