Outlook South West will be closed on Friday 19th May for a company-wide training & update day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Our office phone lines will re-open the following Monday morning at 9:00am.
There will be a change to the Outlook South West office phone-line hours from Monday 27th March onwards. This will mean that phone lines will be open Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 1:00pm.
As from Monday 6th February 2017 our head office will be closed from 1:00pm to 2:00pm every day and an answerphone service will be available during these periods.
We continue to be open weekdays 9:00am till 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Thursdays until 6:30pm.
Access to NHS services that support people with mild to moderate anxiety and depression will be made easier following the award of a new contract to Outlook South West.
The Outlook South West offices will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period (24th December to 3rd January). Referrals can still be made via our website (Register Online page) but they will not be processed until staff return on Tuesday 3rd January 2017.

Thursday 2nd June sees the launch of Outlook South West’s latest radio campaign with Cornwall’s Pirate FM.
The new airtime commercials will play out across the county and feature a beautiful track which has been written and performed by local girl Riley Jane Gifford.

Three health professionals from Cornwall who specialise in suicide bereavement services have been invited to talk at a national conference in London next month (Tuesday 2nd February).

A 2-session educational course starts in Callington on Monday 9th November for people who suffer with sleep difficulties. The NHS-funded classes are designed to help attendees learn proven techniques for getting better quality sleep.
A four-session educational course starts in St Austell on Monday 9th November for adults who suffer with anger and irritability problems.
Getting a Grip on Anger is an NHS-funded course designed to help people (aged 16+) who would benefit from practical information and advice on dealing with criticism more effectively, ways to avoid road rage and conflicts with others.
Saltash Children’s Centre is hosting a special NHS-funded wellbeing group which is designed specifically for post-natal mums in the area.
The ‘Finding Yourself Again’ sessions are free to attend and are delivered by Outlook South West, Cornwall’s largest provider of talking therapies.
