For over 18 years we have been delivering both private and NHS counselling services across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

We have around 120 trained therapists and counsellors working across Cornwall to provide talking therapies for approximately 12,000 NHS patients each year. We help people recover from common mental health problems such as: anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, as well as other conditions like OCD.

Our range of psychological therapies are all available to people aged 16+ registered with a GP practice in Cornwall. They are free to access and include everything from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and traditional counselling services, to the very latest evidence-based treatments.

All of our practitioners are trained and qualified to deliver therapy in a number of ways. These may include: one-to-one sessions, group therapy or educational courses, telephone or online therapy. We work hard to try and ensure that you receive the right type of support, as quickly as possible and in a way that best suits your needs.

To find out more about how we can help you, click on the Our Therapies section of our website. To start accessing NHS therapy services with us, you can register online by clicking on the Register Online page.

Our service is part of the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme - see for more details. This programme is central to the Government’s plans to increase access to, and choice of, talking therapies across England.
